Situation
My consultancy formed a new joint venture with a top-tier digital marketing platform company. We knew that real-world examples would boost our sales, but as a new venture, we had no history of joint project delivery.
Insight & Action
Realizing we had everything needed to create speculative work samples, I dove in to address the problem. I began by leveraging internal research to craft consumer personas and customer journeys. By interviewing internal experts, I ensured we highlighted the most critical parts of our sales funnel. Next, I created strategy briefs and collaborated with a team of designers to produce sample eCommerce assets. These assets served as compelling sales collateral, illustrating to prospective clients the potential of an actual project.
